PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and convenience of communication between terminals in a bidirectional real-time communication.SOLUTION: A video chat system includes a supporter terminal 10A and a worker terminal 10C that can transmit/receive data to/from the supporter terminal 10A. The worker terminal 10C transmits a screen switching completion notice representing kinds of a switched screen to the supporter terminal 10A when switching an image displayed on the worker terminal 10C. The supporter terminal 10A displays the kind of the image displayed on the worker terminal 10C in a distinguishable manner on the basis of the received screen switching completion notice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
