PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure handling system capable of reducing a cost for maintenance by a maintenance agent and quickly dealing with mechanical equipment in which a failure has occurred, at a user side.SOLUTION: A failure handling system deals with a failure in mechanical equipment at a user side by a maintenance agent (manufacturer) and a consigned agent (contractor) which belong to different industries. The failure handling system comprises: a user-side communication device capable of transmitting initial request information which requests an initial job upon the failure of mechanical equipment, to at least one of the maintenance agent and consigned agent; and a communication terminal which is utilized for the initial job, and is capable of communicating with the maintenance agent side. The communication terminal determines whether the maintenance of the mechanical equipment can be performed by the consigned agent, based on failure information input by the consigned agent who has dispatched to the user side (Step S9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
