PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag that can secure communication distance even when attached to a metal member, is easy to attach, and does not change the outer shape of the metal member due to attachment, and to provide a metal member with an IC tag to which this tag is attached.SOLUTION: An IC tag includes: a first insulation resin sheet, a core placed on the first insulation resin sheet and including an IC chip and an antenna, a booster antenna placed on the first insulation resin sheet on the periphery of the core; and a second insulation resin sheet placed on the core and the booster antenna.
