PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that satisfies electrical characteristics and inhibits image deletion, as well as an electrophotographic apparatus and a process cartridge that comprise the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: A surface layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a hole transport material. The hole transport material has a structure consisting only of carbon atoms, hydrogen atoms, and halogen atoms, or a structure consisting only of carbon atoms, hydrogen atoms, oxygen atoms, and halogen atoms.
