PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate having color layers arranged with a small pixel pitch and high accuracy.SOLUTION: A color filter substrate 100 includes a substrate 11, a BM layer 50, first and second color layers 20, 30, and first and second positional accuracy marks 81, 82. The first and second positional accuracy marks each include: a BM layer 84 for the positional accuracy mark; a first color layer 85 for the positional accuracy mark disposed on the BM layer for the positional accuracy mark; and a second color layer 86 disposed on the BN layer for the positional accuracy mark and on the first color layer for the positional accuracy mark, deviated by a pixel pitch from the first color layer for the positional accuracy mark. Shapes of the BM layer for the positional accuracy mark, the first color layer for the positional accuracy mark and the second color layer for the positional accuracy mark are polygons each having two or more sets of opposing sides. At least a part of each side in the two sets of opposing sides of the second color layer for the positional accuracy mark does not overlap the first color layer for the positional accuracy mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
