PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve use efficiency of a wireless channel.SOLUTION: A master station 1 comprises: a primary buffer 11 serving as an acquisition unit for acquiring a data packet including addresses of a plurality of slave stations 2; a creation unit 13 for creating, on the basis of the data packet, a plurality of wireless frames to be transmitted to the plurality of slave stations 2; a carrier sense unit 14 serving as a determination unit for performing carrier sense in a plurality of wireless channels by which the plurality of wireless frames are to be transmitted and which differ from each other to determine the propriety of transmitting the wireless frames; and a transmission unit 15 for transmitting the plurality of wireless frames by using a plurality of wireless channels determined to be capable of transmitting the wireless frames by the carrier sense unit 14 at timing not overlapping with timing of receiving a response from a wireless slave station in any of the plurality of wireless channels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
