PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that some power source impedance may cause voltage increase due to PWM switching when the capacitance of a smoothing capacitor is reduced to miniaturize the smoothing capacitor.SOLUTION: The carrier frequency is set to be higher than the resonance frequency of a capacitor 103 and a reactor 104, whereby the resonance frequency of an inductance component containing a power source impedance and the capacitor 103 is set to be lower than the resonance frequency between the capacitor 103 and the reactor 104. Therefore, the resonance frequency of the inductance component and the capacitor 103 is not coincident with the carrier frequency, so that voltage increase caused by switching of an inverter 105 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
