PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid makeup cosmetic which has youthful luster, and uniform and beautiful finish, as well as, is particularly excellent in secondary adhesion reducing effect and its persistence, has high color lasting properties, has high luster lasting properties, and also has good stability.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oily solid makeup cosmetic containing (A) phenyl modified silicone, (B) dimethylpolysiloxane, (C) mist-like powder, (D) one or more oil solution selected from hydrocarbon oil and ester oil, (E) wax, and (F) coloring agent, wherein (A) and (B) are contained in the cosmetic at the total amount of 35-75 mass%; and a mixture of components (A), (B), and (D) is separated into three phases at 30°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
