1. A display device comprising:
a substrate having a display area in which a plurality of pixels are arranged, each of the plurality of pixels including a pixel circuit and a pixel electrode, each of the plurality of pixels including an organic layer on the pixel electrode, the organic layer including a light emitting material, the substrate having a frame area surrounding the display area; an insulating film on the pixel circuit, the insulating film having a through-hole through which the pixel electrode is connected to the pixel circuit; and an electrode film entirely covering the display area and extending to the frame area, wherein the frame area includes a conductive film covered by the insulating film, the insulating film having contact holes, the contact holes exposing the conductive film at bottom potions of the contact holes, wherein the electrode film includes a metal layer and a transparent conductive layer on the metal layer, and the metal layer contacts the conductive film through each of the contact holes, and wherein the transparent conductive layer covers the display area and the contact holes.
