The present invention is applicable to the field of optical modules, and provides a high-speed optical module for a fibre channel which can be used for a 16G fibre channel. The high-speed optical module comprises a transmission part, a receiving part, a clock data restoration part and a control part. The optical module has downwards compatibility for applications of an 8G fibre channel and a 4G fibre channel, supports an optical-circuit loop and circuit loop diagnosis test and provides a stable receiving warning. As an interface between fibre channel systems and an interface between optical storage network storage devices, the optical module has characteristics of small size and low power consumption and can improve density of the port applications; the optical module supports hot plug, thereby being convenient for the on-site debugging of a system, and the optical module can be replaced without power down; and the optical module supports a digital diagnosis interface, and the working state of the optical module can be monitored by a web administrator via a communication interface. |
