A method, device and system for processing touch interaction. The method for processing touch interaction comprises: receiving first information sent by an electromyographic signal collecting device and second information sent by a location capturing device (101); if it is determined that the time interval between the first touch starting time and the second touch starting time is smaller than a preset threshold and the touch point number corresponding to a hand gesture is identical to the touch point number comprised in the second information, generating a touch instruction, the touch instruction comprising an equipment identifier of the electromyographic signal collecting device, the hand gesture and coordinate information of each touch point (103); and executing interactive operation corresponding to the touch instruction (105). The processing method, device and system can realize implementation of touch interaction operation by a single user with two hands or by multiple users in the same area at the same time.
