The invention relates to an equestrian saddle comprising a support (1) equipped with at least one stirrup strap (9) holding a stirrup (10), the stirrup strap (9) being mounted on the side of the support (1) by means of a device for adjusting the height of the stirrup (10) with respect to said support, the adjustment device comprising a passage (14) rigidly attached to the support (1) and, in which the stirrup strap (9) is slidingly mounted by presenting an upper hanging piece (15) which extends beyond said passage, said adjustment device further comprising a locking member (17) which is mounted rigidly attached to said support spaced apart from the passage (14), said member being arranged to allow the reversible anchoring of the upper hanging piece (15) so as to maintain the stirrup (10) in position with respect to said support. |
