PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or a pharmaceutical for achieving high therapeutic effects.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a pharmaceutical combination comprising (a) an anti-tumor agent and (b) a fatty acid derivative represented by the formula (I). The combination of the present invention is useful for the treatment of tumor in a mammalian subject.
