PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device that has an excellent biting to a cutting medium of a blade at the time of starting cutting and can achieve excellent cutting quality, and a recording device.SOLUTION: The cutting deice, which is equipped with a blade member constituted of a first blade member and a second blade member for cutting an object cooperatively with the first blade member, and configured to cut the object by relative movement, in a cutting direction, of the object and at least either one of the first blade member and the second blade member, comprises changing means that can change a crossing angle between the first blade member and the second blade member during cutting operation of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
