PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat composition for imparting a milk flavor, which can strengthen and impart a milk fat flavor, a milk flavor, and richness without damaging a flavor intrinsic to food and drink.SOLUTION: The powder fat composition for imparting a milk flavor, obtained by sufficiently mixing a lauric acid-based fat, an emulsifier, an excipient, and water, and thereafter drying. The composition strengthens a milk flavor of food and drink to which a milk raw material is mixed, such as milk-containing coffee, black tea, and cocoa, and can be used as an alternative product to a milk raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
