PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose level data processing method for realizing a blood glucose level management system capable of collecting blood glucose level data from a plurality of blood sugar meters of different specifications in a unified manner, and integrally managing the data.SOLUTION: A terminal 401 of a blood glucose level management system 101 determines a blood sugar meter 103 for a ward and a blood sugar meter 102 for an individual by making an inquiry about a model name at an initial stage of communication. If the blood sugar meter is the blood sugar meter 103 for the ward, blood glucose level data is downloaded immediately, and uploaded to a server 104. If the blood sugar meter is the blood sugar meter 102 for the individual, a patient ID or a serial number is acquired through a barcode reader 405 or an operation part 412, and the patient ID and the blood glucose level data are associated with each other. By configuring the blood glucose level management system 101 in this manner, the blood sugar meter 103 for the ward and the blood sugar meter 102 for the individual can be dealt with by a common system, and, furthermore, blood glucose level of all patients can be integrally managed in a unified manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
