PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve structure including a valve body that can be easily assembled in a valve casing and hardly producing damage and the like at the time of assembling work or molding work.SOLUTION: A check valve structure comprises a fluid flow-in passage and flow-out passage; a valve casing communicated with each of the flow-in passage and the flow-out passage; and a valve body arranged in the valve casing and made of resilient material. The valve body has a thin-walled part having a substantial circle shape as seen from its top plan view and a thick-wall part protruded from a substantial central part of one surface of the thin-walled part. The valve casing comprises: a valve body supporting part having a hole part continuous to the flow-out passage, including an annular bottom part capable of supporting an outer edge of a bottom part of the thick-wall part and a peripheral wall part continuous to an outer peripheral edge of the annular bottom part; and a valve seat part including a valve body abutting part to which a location near the outer peripheral edge at the other surface of the thin-walled part is abutted and a valve seat surface positioned between the valve body abutting part and the outlet end of the flow-in passage, and the outer peripheral edge at the other surface of the thin-walled part is elastically deformed and is opened away from the valve body abutting part under pressure of fluid flowing in a normal flow direction from the flow-in passage toward the flow-out passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
