PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature heat air drier capable of operating with less power by simultaneously allowing to act on the heating function and the cooling function in one device while stably producing high temperature air suitable for drying using heat air.SOLUTION: A high temperature heat air drier uses an air cycle type chiller constituted of a compressor 21, an air-to-air heat exchanger 30, and an expander 22. A mixer 50 is provided on the entrance side of the compressor 21. The heat exchanger 30 includes: a high pressure heat radiation side passage 31; and a low pressure suction-force side passage 32, and a diffluence valve 44 is provided along a second outlet passage 42 connected to the low pressure suction-force side passage 32; and high temperature air from the low pressure suction-force side passage 32 is divided by the diffluence valve 44 into air supplied to the mixer 50 and exhaust air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
