PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which information provided by a doctor can be fully used for home-visit nursing care and information acquired in home-visit nursing care can be fully fed back to the doctor.SOLUTION: A doctor's terminal 2 stores electronic medical chart information in a personal medical information device 3. When carrying out home-visit nursing care, a nurse, who carries a nurse's terminal 1, attaches the personal medical information device 3 borrowed from a patient to the nurse's terminal 1. A software installed in the nurse's terminal 1 reads and displays the electronic medical chart information stored in the personal medical information device 3 and stores home-visit nursing care implementation information containing the patient's vital data in the personal medical information device 3. The personal medical information device 3 is attached to the doctor's terminal 2 and on the doctor's terminal 2 is the home-visit nursing care implementation information viewed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
