PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to make a monitoring person easily grasp abnormality having been generated in an area other than a selection area in an image of a monitoring target area, even when the monitoring person is monitoring an image corresponding to the selection area in the image of the monitoring target area.SOLUTION: There is provided a display controller 10 comprising a data acquisition unit 111 for acquiring fixed camera video and a display control unit 112 for making the fixed camera video be displayed in first display areas W1 to W4. The data acquisition unit 111 acquires a monitoring result on monitoring target areas N1 to N4 and movable camera video having an imaging range corresponding to a selection area R1 selected from the fixed camera video. The display control unit 112 makes the movable camera video be displayed in a second display area W0 and makes a predetermined alarm be displayed in the second display area W0 when the monitoring result shows that abnormality is generated in an area that is included in the fixed camera video and is not included in the selection area R1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
