PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser forming method by which bending and hardening of a sheet steel material can be simultaneously performed.SOLUTION: Firstly, a laser beam is moved relatively to a work-piece while being radiated onto one face of the work-piece, thereby hardening the work-piece along an irradiation locus of the laser beam. Secondly, an operation for moving a laser beam relatively to the work-piece while irradiating a portion of the other face of the work-piece facing the irradiation locus of the laser beam with a laser beam is repeatedly performed, and by the operation together with the hardening in the first step, hardening is performed on the whole cross section of the work-piece along the irradiation locus of the laser beam, and the work-piece is bent along the irradiation locus of the laser beam by a predetermined angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
