PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of fried bread including a slender bar-shape frozen rice cake, the fried bread has a crisp surface and inside of the bread has a texture similar to that of confectionery.SOLUTION: A production method of fried bread including a frozen rice cake is configured to: coat frozen rice cake formed by pounding leaves of mugwort or fiber of it, with a dough formed by mainly solving wheat flour and steamed bread mix and adding butter, then mold the mixture into a slender bar shape; rapidly freeze the molded part; then fry the molded part without thaw; then add topping if necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
