Disclosed is a knitting machine air injection and dust removal control device (100) adaptable to individualized requirements of enterprises. The device (100) comprises a data acquisition mechanism (10), a data processing and control mechanism (20) and an air injection executing mechanism (30), connected to the data processing and control mechanism (20); the air injection executing mechanism (30) comprises a multi-path compressed air output port (32); the multi-path compressed air output port (32) is connected to a plurality of dust removal parts of a knitting machine and is sequentially opened by a solenoid valve (31) under the control of the data processing and control mechanism (20) so as to carry out circulating air injection and dust removal; the data processing and control mechanism (20) is internally pre-set with rotation turns for knitting one piece of cloth by the knitting machine, which is set according to user requirements, and a pre-set value of rotation turns for starting air injection and dust removal; when the rotation turns of the knitting machine reach the pre-set value of the rotation turns for starting the air injection and the dust removal, the air injection executing mechanism (30) starts the air injection and the dust removal; and when the rotation turns of the knitting machine reach the rotation turns for knitting one piece of cloth by the knitting machine, the knitting machine automatically stops and discharges the cloth, and a counter of the data processing and control mechanism (20) is automatically zeroed and another cycle starts. |
