PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly select a physical machine of an arrangement destination.SOLUTION: When a new virtual machine is arranged in any of physical machines 2, 3, 4, an operation unit 1b selects an existing virtual machine 3a on the basis of information relating to a use form of the new virtual machine and information relating to a use form of each of existing virtual machines 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b (existing virtual machines), which have already arranged in the physical machines 2, 3, 4. The operation unit 1b uses history information indicating a past load status of the selected existing virtual machine 3a to predict loads of the physical machines 2, 3, 4, and determines a physical machine of the arrangement destination of the new virtual machine according to a result of the prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
