PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferroelectric capacitor capable of storing the charges generated from natural energy, and an electronic device using the same.SOLUTION: A ferroelectric capacitor comprises: a ferroelectric single crystal which includes a charge storage region and in which a polarization direction is controlled; and a metal layer located around the charge storage region. The charge storage region is a partial region of the surface of the ferroelectric single crystal. A schottky junction is formed in a contact interface between the ferroelectric single crystal and the metal layer. The charges based on the ferroelectric single crystal are confined and stored on the charge storage region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
