PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and analysis system capable of improving the analysis accuracy.SOLUTION: An analysis method of a sample using a capillary electrophoresis method includes: a mixing process S1 of producing a mixture sample by mixing the sample and a negative-polar-group containing compound; a removing process S11 of removing, from the mixture sample, an aggregate of a sub component other than an analysis component as an analysis object, of the components of the sample, and the negative-polar-group containing compound; and an electrophoresis process S5 of performing the electrophoresis of a composite body obtained by bonding the analysis component to the negative-polar-group containing compound in a state in which the mixture sample is continuously supplied in a capillary tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
