PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of determining whether or not a user of a terminal device is on migration means, even when the migration means does not comprise a device such as a crew detector.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: a smart phone 10, which is a portable terminal device; a vehicle 20, which is migration means used for a person migrating; and a server device 30. The smart phone 10 transmits first position information indicating the smart phone 10's present position to the server device 30. The server device 30 determines whether or not a user of the smart phone 10 is on the vehicle 20, on the basis of the first position information and second position information indicating the vehicle 20's present position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
