PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: an A/N for a PDSCH of a Pcell and Scell is allocated to resources for a PUCCH of a macro base station device, and a lot of resources for the PUCCH are necessary; therefore, a terminal device capable of only communicating with the Pcell is in short of resources used for uplink data transmission.SOLUTION: A terminal device is able to receive data transmitted by using at least one CC formed by a macro-base station device, and at least one CC formed by a pico-base station device. On receiving first control information including downlink frequency resource allocation, the terminal device determines a CC to be used for transmitting second control information including an A/N for downlink data transmission on the basis of information indicating whether the CC from which the first control information was received is a CC formed by the macro-base station device or a CC formed by the pico-base station device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
