SOLUTION: A transfer device 6 comprises: plural suction heads 15 which are circulated and move along an endless guide rail 17; linear transport means 16 for individually moving the respective suction heads 15; and a lifting mechanism 27 for lifting up and down the suction heads 15. In a tracking zone B on a second conveyor 5, the suction head 15 moves and goes down to follow a movement of an object 4, thereby the object 4 is held by the suction head 15. Then the objects 4 are transported to a box packing zone A on a first conveyor 3 by the suction heads 15, and the objects 4 are transferred by releasing them from the suction heads 15 and falling into boxes 2 which are transported intermittently.EFFECT: The transfer device 6 comprises both of a transport function of the objects 4 and a transfer function of the objects 4 into boxes 2, so that, as an effect, a degree of layout freedom when arranging the transport device 6 and both conveyors 3, 5 is enhanced, thus an object transfer device 1 having high versatility is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
