PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to set a color of a drawing item arranged on an inspection image.SOLUTION: An inspection image holding part 24 holds a plurality of inspection images taken in the same inspection. A color information derivation part 34 derives color information on each inspection image from pixel values of the plurality of inspection images held by the inspection image holding part 24. A color information storage part 36 stores the derived color information on the plurality of inspection images. A drawing color setting part 40 sets a color of a drawing item to be added to the inspection image based on the color information on the plurality of inspection images. When a plurality of kinds of drawing items are added to the inspection image, the drawing color setting part 40 sets a color for each kind of the drawing items.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
