Provided is a clutch device with which a conventional detent tool can continue to be used even when three ribs are formed on the clutch center. The clutch device is provided with a clutch center for holding clutch plates disposed to face friction plates that are rotated by a driving shaft. The clutch center is equipped with a meshing section radially outside of a connecting section that is connected to a driven shaft by a nut. Between the connecting section and the meshing section, ribs are formed, the meshing section ends of which extend forward in the nut rotation direction. On the inner circumferential surface of the meshing section of the clutch center, spring guides rising from a flange section are formed. On the ribs and spring guides, hook-accepting sections are formed on the side surfaces that are on the front side in the nut rotation direction. |
