A method for aligning nanocrystals according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first step of placing barium titanate nanocrystals and/or strontium titanate nanocrystals, and a nonpolar solvent in a container; a second step of collecting a supernatant liquid including the barium titanate nanocrystals and/or strontium titanate nanocrystals from the container; and a third step of immersing a substrate having a relief structure in the supernatant liquid and pulling up the same so that the supernatant liquid is applied on the surface of the relief structure by capillary action and the nanocrystals are aligned on the relief structure.
