A controller module of a solid state disk, comprising: a memory controller (11) configured to connect NAND FLASH memories; and an interface conversion module (12) connected to the memory controller (11) via a first interface, the interface conversion module (12) being provided with a second interface, and the interface conversion module (12) achieving signal interconversion between the second interface and the first interface, and being connected to the memory controller (11) via the first interface. The controller module can serve as a high-reliability controller of a solid state disk with a PCIe interface, or a solid state disk with an SGMII interface or an XAUI interface. |
