The present invention relates to a method for inspecting the appearance of a camera lens module. The method comprises: a lens module transfer step of moving one or more camera lens modules by using one or more pickers; a lens module lower portion inspecting step of inspecting the lower portions of the camera lens modules moved through the pickers by using a lower portion inspection device disposed on the downside of a movement path of the pickers; a lens module horizontal transfer step of placing the camera lens modules, the inspection of the lower portions of which is completed, on a horizontal movement means such that the upper portions of the camera lens modules are positioned upwardly, and horizontally moves the camera lens modules; a lens portion precise inspection step of precisely multi-directionally inspecting lens portions configured at the upper portions of the camera lens modules by using a precise lens inspection device disposed on the upside of the horizontal movement means; and a lens module upper portion inspection step of inspecting the upper portions of the camera lens modules by using an upper portion inspection device disposed on the upside of the horizontal movement means.
