An integrated system, for performance of subterranean operations at a rig site, including: an integrated control system, a procurement system, an operations support subsystem and a logistics subsystem; wherein the integrated control system monitors one or more subterranean operations; wherein the integrated control system includes a centralized functional unit through which the integrated control system receives data from one or more functional units; wherein the one or more functional units are selected from the group consisting of a Wireline drum, an underbalanced/managed pressure drilling unit, a tool box containing self-check, a fluid skid, and a measurement while drilling toolbox; wherein the integrated control system: uses the data to determine required materials and identify processes currently being performed at the rig site; and uses (a) the processes currently being performed; (b) the data; and (c) information, previously supplied to the integrated control system by an operator, regarding an order of subterranean operations to identify upcoming subterranean operations; wherein the centralized functional unit includes an information handling system, and the procurement subsystem is communicatively coupled to the information handling system; wherein the procurement subsystem and the information handling system communicate to ensure availability of the required materials at the one or more functional units; the operations support subsystem being communicatively coupled to the information handling system, wherein the operations support subsystem at least one of coordinates availability of personnel to perform the upcoming subterranean operations and performs quality control on subterranean operations; the logistics subsystem is communicatively coupled to at least one of the information handling system and the operations support subsystem, wherein the logistics subsystem manages mobilization of personnel for the upcoming subterranean operation.
