PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder capable of reducing the number of components and its weight and prolonging a service life, and capable of being used in a copper-based material non-use environment.SOLUTION: A piston rod 18 and a rod cover 22 constituting a fluid pressure cylinder 10 are constituted with aluminum or aluminum alloy. In at least a part of the inner wall surface of the rod cover 22 constituting a rod insertion hole 20, an alumite coating 58 is formed, and on the outer wall surface of the piston rod 18, a diamond-like carbon coating (DLC coating 42) slidably contacting to the alumite coating 58 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
