PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clarification material for liquid or gas, that is less likely to cause clogging and that has an excellent durability, in addition to the excellent clarification ability.SOLUTION: Provided is: a clarification material made from Japanese paper yarn knitting or fabric in which a Japanese paper yarn obtained by thinly slitting Japanese paper and twisting the same into a yarn, is used, and in which the fabric has a sum of (A) a warp yarn number per inch and (B) a weft yarn number, (A+B), of 50 (lines/inch) to 100 (lines/inch), and is gauze-woven, and the knitting has a gauge number per inch of 5 to 10, and is weft knitting or tube knitting; a clarification agent in which the clarification material is for liquid or gas, and that is a mask for hay fever.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
