PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing power consumption by reducing the number of transistors.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device is configured by a first transistor 100, a second transistor 101, a third transistor 104, a fourth transistor 105, a fifth transistor 106, a sixth transistor 107, a first inverter 102, a second inverter 103, an input terminal 21, an output terminal 22, a reset terminal 23, and a set terminal 24.
