PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bill of landing CAD payment method with loss compensation, capable of using an electronic bill of landing, and an electronic shipment document, reducing costs of a loss compensation type payment method, and suppressing a loss amount during accident occurrence.SOLUTION: An electronic bill of landing CAD payment method comprises: a first confirmation step in which, an exporter performs transmission and reception related to a loss compensation business with a banking institution which provides a loss compensation function, for concluding a loss compensation contract; a second confirmation step in which the exporter confirms contents of electronic shipment documents including an electronic bill of landing which indicates authority to cargo, and transmits copies of them to an importer; a third confirmation step for inspecting whether or not, the electronic bill of landing and other electronic shipment documents match an order sheet, then paying cash to the exporter after confirmation, and transmitting evidence that the electronic shipment documents match the order sheet to the exporter; and a step for supporting propriety determination of transmission of an original copy of the electronic shipment documents and authority transfer of the electronic bill of landing, based on the confirmation result of the second step and third step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
