PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a timing for recommending a new content to a user who browses a content, without acquiring face information.SOLUTION: A selection part 331 selects pieces of browsing log information which are not selected, from browsing logs acquired by a browsing log acquisition part 31, in an order of selection time. A similarity calculation part 332 calculates similarity of mutual contents which are specified by identification information read from the browsing log information selected by the selection part 331, and a predetermined number of pieces of browsing log information which are selected from pieces of browsing log information in the past relative to the selected browsing log information in an order of new selection time. A similarity determination part 333 determines a similarity state on the basis of the calculated similarity of the mutual contents. A detection part 334 detects a content recommendation timing, on the basis of the number of times that it is determined that the mutual contents are similar, and the number of times that it is determined that browsing time is in reduction tendency on the basis of the selection time indicated by the browsing log information, or, the number of times that it is determined that the mutual contents are not similar by a predetermined number of times or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
