PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus for heat insulation construction which achieves high heat radiation efficiency.SOLUTION: A lighting apparatus 100 is installed fitted in a structural member and includes: a light emitting component 101 having a light emitting element 112 using a semiconductor; a substrate 102 having a wiring pattern 121 connected with the light emitting element 112 and on which the light emitting component 101 is mounted; and a heat radiation passage body 104 which is provided spreading between the light emitting component 101 and an outer peripheral edge of the substrate 102 and has heat conductivity higher than that of the substrate 102.
