PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of relatively sensing the fact that a temperature of a friction surface between a pulley and an armature is a predetermined temperature value or more in early stage, while preventing a whole length containing an exciting coil and a temperature fuse from being relatively long.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 1 has a rotor 4, a hub 6, an armature 5, an exciting coil 3 and a temperature fuse 15. In the electromagnetic clutch, a recess part 31 is formed at a portion to be a radial outside end of a rotational shaft 20 in a compressor of the exciting coil 3, and the temperature fuse 15 is arranged at the recess part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
