PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens manufacturing device and the like that do not reduce strength of lenses, and are efficient with a few man-hour, and give an outer peripheral part coarseness in a prescribed range.SOLUTION: A lens manufacturing device giving an outer peripheral part of an optical lens 1 having mutually opposing two optical functional surfaces 1a and 1b coarseness in a prescribed range comprises: a first support part 10 and second support part 20 that abut against each of the optical functional surfaces 1a and 1b, and opposedly hold the optical lens 1; and an abrasive grain injection part 30 that injects an abrasive grain 2 toward an outer peripheral part of the optical lens 1 held by the first support part 10 and the second support part 20. A part where the first support part 10 and the second support part 20 and the optical functional surfaces 1a and 1b abut against each other, respectively is formed into a closed shape part, and the first support part 10 and the second support part 20 have a ball member 11, and O-ring 21, respectively as encapsulation means encapsulating an area of the optical functional surface on an inner side further than the closed shape part against which each of the first support part 10 and the second support part 20 abut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
