PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MTF measuring device for accurately detecting a center position of a chart and saving an operation instruction.SOLUTION: A cutout image generation part 21 of an input auxiliary part 2 cuts out an image of a predetermined range from a chart image, and generates a cutout image P. A rotary image generation part 22 makes each pixel constituting the cutout image P turn 180° with a center α of the cutout image P as a reference and generates a rotary image P. A correlation calculation/center position detection part 23 multiplies the cutout image P and the rotary image Pby a window function, calculates a correlation matrix Z with a phase restriction correlation method, obtains a direction vector MV by searching a coordinate point in which the value of the element of the correlation matrix Z becomes the maximum, and detects a center position β of the chart. The correlation calculation/center position detection part 23 converts the center position β of the chart into a coordinate system of the chart image from the cutout image P. A multidirectional MTF measurement part measures MTF with the center position β of the chart generated by the correlation calculation/center position detection part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
