摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for improving refrigerating performance of a pulse tube refrigerating machine.SOLUTION: A compressor generates high pressure actuation gas by compressing low pressure actuation gas. A high temperature end of a high temperature side cold accumulator is connected to the compressor. A high temperature end of a low temperature side cold accumulator is connected to a low temperature end of the high temperature side cold accumulator. A low temperature end of a high temperature side pulse tube is connected to the low temperature end of the high temperature side cold accumulator, and a high temperature end thereof is connected to the compressor. A low temperature end of a low temperature side pulse tube is connected to a low temperature end of the low temperature side cold accumulator. A gas flow passage is connected to a high temperature end of the low temperature side pulse tube and the compressor, and the actuation gas flows therethrough. The gas flow passage includes a first flow passage 402 connected to the high temperature end of the low temperature side pulse tube, a second flow passage 404 connected to the compressor and having an outlet confronting an outlet of the first flow passage, and a housing 400 airtightly storing the outlet of the first flow passage 402 and the outlet of the second flow passage 404. The housing 400 has an airtight space 406 communicated with the outlet of the first flow passage 402 and the outlet of the second flow passage 404 at a portion nearer to the pulse tube than the outlet of the first flow passage 402.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
