PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irregular shape blank punching device capable of easily changing an irregular shape blank to an optional attitude, substantially simultaneously with punching of the irregular shape blank, without using a robot arm or without rotating by a rotary shaft of a pedestal.SOLUTION: This irregular shape blank punching device 1 comprises an upper die 2 having a punching blade for punching an irregular shape blank and a lower die 4 having a die part 41 for forming a punching blade insertion hole 41a for inserting the punching blade 20 and a blank attitude changing part 42 arranged under it and forming a blank passing hole 42a communicating with the punching blade insertion hole 41a, and the blank passing hole 42a has a cross-sectional shape of a constant shape slightly larger than an outer peripheral edge shape of the irregular shape blank, and the cross-sectional shape rotates little by little in one direction by continuing toward an opening part 42ab of an undersurface of the blank attitude changing part 42 from a communication part 42aa to the punching blade insertion hole 41a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
