The present invention provides a polarizing plate provided with a transparent base material, a transparent resin layer formed thereon and having concavo-convex patterns, and a light polarizing layer formed on the transparent resin layer, wherein the transparent resin layer has a plurality of concavo-convex regions in which the respective concavo-convex patterns extend in mutually different directions.
