Disclosed is a water pan assembly, comprising a heat exchanging unit (30), a water pan body (10) and a flow guide plate (20). The flow guide plate (20) is capable of guiding the condensed water generated by the heat exchanging unit (30) into the water pan body (10), and an air inlet area where air enters in a direction opposite to the gravitational direction is formed below the flow guide plate (20). The flow guide plate (20) in the water pan assembly is capable of receiving the condensed water dropping from the heat exchanging unit (30) and guiding the condensed water into the water pan body (10), and moreover, the air enters into a unit via the air inlet area in the direction opposite to the gravitational direction, increasing the air inlet surface of the unit and improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger. An air conditioning system and a household appliance having the water pan assembly are further provided.
