The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a semiconductor light emitting device applied to the display device, a transfer head of the semiconductor light emitting device and a method of transferring the semiconductor light emitting device. The method of transferring the semiconductor light emitting device according to the present invention includes the steps of: locating the transfer head having a head electrode to face the semiconductor light emitting device having an undoped semiconductor layer disposed on a carrier substrate; allowing the head electrode of the transfer head to be adjacent to the undoped semiconductor layer of the semiconductor device; applying a voltage to the head electrode such that adhesive force is applied to the undoped semiconductor layer through electrostatic force; and picking the semiconductor light emitting device up to be transferred to the transfer head.
