APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MEASURING IMPROVEMENT OF SKIN DISEASE

Disclosed is an apparatus and a method for measuring the alleviation of symptoms associated with skin diseases. The apparatus for measuring the alleviation of symptoms associated with skin diseases according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a color coordinate measuring unit which measures each color coordinate by recording a normal region and a lesion of the skin; and an improvement assessment unit which calculating the alleviating rate of the lesion by using the color coordinate change of the lesion based on the color coordinate of the normal region in a color coordinate system. The present invention can allow the treatment to suit symptoms of the skin diseases because a doctor objectively determines the alleviation of symptoms associated with skin diseases.
